An energizing practice for waking up or relaxing and soothing for sunset.

Hatha Yoga

The purpose of this practice is to bring back balance between male and female energy, between the right and left hemispheres of our brain, between yin and yang, between introspection and action, between creativity and will. The union of these 2 opposites brings us back to a state of pisco-physical well-being and a condition of greater harmony, vitality and health in our lives.
Alternating yang positions with yin positions, breath and relaxation are the ingredients that bring us back to this state of well-being, lightness and peace.

Vinyasa Flow

The word Vinyasa means “flow.” In fact, Vinyasa Flow Yoga is characterized by the particular fluidity of the movements, which are performed in coordination with the breath. An energizing, invigorating practice that is ideal to practice upon awakening. It activates the body, allows toxins to be expelled, and helps to gain mental presence, balance and centering thanks in part to the constant action of the breath that accompanies each movement.

Yin Yoga

The practice of Yin Yoga combines Indian and Chinese traditions. In fact, this practice, which as its name indicates is very yin, very relaxing, very introspective. An ideal evening practice, it consists of a sequence of passive, grounded postures that take advantage of gravity, held and long, alternating with long moments of release to allow the energy that has been activated during the posture to flow back into the body and the muscle fascia that has been stressed to absorb the benefits of the practice.
